Mr. Joel Carr holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Network Engineering from the Antigua and Barbuda International Institute of Technology (ABIIT), where he graduated top of his class in 2008. Mr. Carr also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Forensics (Summa Cum Laude) from Pace University in New York. Mr. Carr has a passion for learning and assisting others. He firmly believes in a quote by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”.
Mr. Carr enjoys running, playing basketball, warri and dominos, and lives by the mantra “Failure is not an option”.
