
Mr. Joel Carr is a highly disciplined and purpose-driven technology expert whose career is grounded in network engineering, cybersecurity, and digital forensics. With a deep passion for learning and empowering others, Mr. Carr plays a strategic role in shaping the technical foundation of The Abundance Community Coin (TACC) ecosystem.
He earned his Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Engineering from the Antigua and Barbuda International Institute of Technology (ABIIT), graduating top of his class in 2008. Pursuing academic excellence even further, Mr. Carr went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Computer Forensics (Summa Cum Laude) from Pace University in New York, where he refined his expertise in digital security and investigative systems.
Driven by a deep belief in education as a tool for empowerment, Mr. Carr embodies the timeless principle from Lao Tzu:
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Carr enjoys running, playing basketball, and participating in traditional Caribbean games like warri and dominoes. He lives by the personal mantra,
